The importance of being indie
When I was little I miss the word indie existed. I tried to ask wikipedia but not known when this word is used. Oh well. I have started to feel around 1999, shortly before 2000. Then, over time there have been many occasions (festivals, concerts, readings, meetings of condominium) that I saw people indie work. From there I realized that being indie is not just something musical. be indie is a state of mind, a way to choose and wear clothes ... you can be in indie even wash the lettuce. Yes, I've also learned this. Until a few years ago I was in record stores and when I came in front of the column INDIE MUSIC I stop. I pondered. I reflected. observed. peered. names were catchy. record covers as well. in those moments I spent before I absorbed everything that column. names of the band, special covers, CD title, track listing.
then came home and felt like an arsonist without lighter.
if you were born in 2000 maybe I would be emo with a tuft, with a piercing respected and an unbridled passion for scorer.
